6. How to Order

You can order TREND MICRO™ WORRY-FREE™ products by following these steps:

  • Determine which WORRY-FREE™ product fits the needs of your Business. You can chose between the Standard version (Non-Messaging),
    Advanced version (Messaging included) or Security Services, which does not require a server as it is a hosted solution.
  • Contact our Software Licensing Experts on 1300 13 9999 or email softwarelicensing@ht.com.au
  • Every license is “per node” only.
  • TREND MICRO™ issues a WORRY-FREE™ certificate for the number of licenses that you have purchased.
  • Upon completion, an email with the agreement will be sent to you with in 3 – 5 working days.
  • The license delivery consists of a certificate and installation instructions. A CD with the software can be ordered separately

There are 12 / 24 / 36 month licenses for the volume licenses available. For the retail version are only 12 month licenses available which can be extended each year. During the license period free tech support over phone (Business hours) and web will be provided as well as free upgrades to new versions when available.

Minimum Order
End-user orders / reorders must be for a minimum of 5 users for Standard / Advanced and 2 users for Security Services.
