What delivery options does Harris Technology offer?

Harris Technology offers Standard and Express delivery options. Standard delivery can take between 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) provided all products are in stock at the time of ordering.

Express delivery is available; however you will need to speak with a Customer Service Representative at the time of ordering. If you have already placed your order online but realise you need it urgently, you can phone 1300 13 9999 after your online purchase, quote your Order Reference Number, and organise Express delivery.

We currently use a combination of shipping from our own inventory as well as using our suppliers who provide drop ship delivery where applicable.

Harris Technology uses Australia Postís eParcel service to ensure your goods are delivered on time, every time. Find more information about eParcel at:

How do I calculate delivery for my order?

Delivery can be easily calculated using the Shopping Cart.

If you already hold an existing account, simply login and add the products you wish to purchase to the Shopping Cart. The Delivery Total will be displayed based on your default delivery address.

If you do not already have an account and aren't logged in, you can enter your postcode and click the update button to see the delivery fee based on that postcode. Delivery cost is confirmed after the delivery address has been confirmed during the checkout process.

Please note due to weight restrictions set by freight carriers, items that are heavy may require a manual quotation from Harris Technology, as to ship the goods the costs can be higher. Our customer service team will contact you and provide a quotation if your order is impacted for your review.

How do I track the status of my order?

The status of all your current and past orders can be viewed using the Order Tracking facility.

Please note, only items using eParcel can be currently tracked. Items that are being drop-shipped from a supplier are temporarily unavailable for tracking. Please check back soon for updated tracking information.

What is the difference between Part Ship & Full Ship?

If you select to have your order full shipped it will be dispatched only once all the products in your order are available and ready to delivered.

If you select to have your order part shipped it may be dispatched in stages as the products in your order become available and are ready to be delivered. If your order is despatched in stages additional delivery charges may apply. A Customer Service representative will contact you prior to your order being despatched to confirm any additional delivery charges.

The Part Ship or Full Ship options can be selected in the Checkout when placing any order online.
