At this time, Harris Technology only offers its standard delivery option when purchasing online. Delivery usually takes 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) provided all products are in stock at the time of ordering.
If you require Same Day or Express delivery please place your order by phone on 1300 13 9999.
Alternatively you may purchase online as normal, then phone 1300 13 9999 and quote your Order Reference Number.
Delivery can be easily calculated using the Shopping Cart.Simply add the products you wish to purchase to the Shopping Cart and the Delivery Total will be displayed based on your default delivery address if you are logged in. If you aren't logged in you can enter your postcode and click the update button to see the delivery fee based on that postcode. Delivery is confirmed after the delivery address has been confirmed during the checkout process.
Harris Technology uses a range of delivery services. Please note orders will not be left unattended.
Australian Air Express (AAE) is used for most deliveries. AAE will leave notification that they have attempted to deliver with a delivery notification card. The card will let you know which Post Office or Australian Air Express depot your goods can be picked up from.
Messenger post is used for Same day delivery.
Same day delivery: If you have requested same day delivery and are not available at the specified delivery address no delivery notification will be left, the order will be returned to the sender by the courier.
Harris Technology contracts a range of courier companies that will also leave a delivery notification card if you were not available at the delivery address. Please call us to on 1300 13 9999 to organise your goods to be redelivered.
Please note: failed deliveries may incur further charges for redelivery. Harris Technology are unable to supply specific times for delivery.
The status of all your current and past orders can be viewed using the Order Tracking facility.
Business Centre pickup allows you to purchase online or by phone and pickup your order at any one of our Business Centres.
All products available online are also available for Business Centre pickup, but may not currently be in stock at all Business Centres. In this event stock will need to be transferred to the Business Centre before your order will be ready for you to pickup.
When purchasing online and selecting Business Centre pickup, please check the stock availability shown against each product in the Shopping Cart.
A Customer Service representative will contact you either by email or phone to advise when your order is ready for pickup. The status of your order can also be viewed online using the Order Tracking facility in the Account section of ht.com.au.
Business Centre stock is available for Business Centre pickup and in-store purchases only.
Provided all products are currently in stock at the Business Centre selected for pickup, orders placed online before 2pm are usually available for pickup within 4 hours.
Orders placed online where a product is not currently in stock at the Business Centre selected for pickup, but the product is currently in stock at our Distribution Centre, are usually available for pickup within 2-4 business days.
To help our Business Centre team members efficiently locate your order in-store please bring with you the Order Reference Number shown when purchasing online.
Payment is required upon collection of your order and photo identification may be requested.
Harris Technology now offers a Pre-Paid collection service for a range of products at select Officeworks stores. At present this service is available only from these 4 Officeworks locations.
Please Note: There is no Harris Technology stock at the below locations, goods are shipped from our Distribution Centre.
This service is for customers who would prefer to collect orders from a store for Harris Technology range of products.
Payment is required at time of order, payments options that are not available are EFTPOS, Cash & Cheque.Please Note: Payment on pick up is not available.
Payment will be charged at point of despatch to select Pre-Paid collection locations within Officeworks.
Pre-Paid collection service is a free delivery service offered to Harris Technology customers.*
* Most items can be delivered to Pre-Paid collection locations, exclusions may apply due to heavy weight & large size items & OH&S regulations. A Customer Service Representative will contact you prior to your order being processed to inform you if this service is not available.
Orders will be processed twice a week, every Tuesday & Thursday from the Harris Technology Distribution Centre. (Excludes Public Holidays order will be processed next working day).

You will be notified that the goods have been despatched via email.
You will then be contacted to inform you that goods are now ready to collect from the selected Pre-Paid collection location. If you have any enquiries about this service or have a query on an order that has been placed, please contact 1300 13 9999 and select option 2 to be put through to a Customer Service Representative who will assist you.
If you select to have your order full shipped it will be dispatched only once all the products in your order are available and ready to delivered.
If you select to have your order part shipped it may be dispatched in stages as the products in your order become available and are ready to be delivered. If your order is despatched in stages additional delivery charges may apply. A Customer Service representative will contact you prior to your order being despatched to confirm any additional delivery charges.
The Part Ship or Full Ship options can be selected in the Checkout when placing any order online.
