On-Site Install - Wireless Access Point

Service Details
A service certificate is issued to the Customer that provides for a service consultant to setup a Wireless Access Point into a maximum of # two Desktops or Notebooks and Includes the installation of Network Interface Cards, connecting a cable between the Wireless Access Point and Hub or Switch, Setup and configuration of the Wireless Access Point, and configuring Windows (Win98 or later) so that each Desktop or Notebook can access the Network via the Wireless Access Point.

Customer is to ensure that a responsible person over the age of 18 will be in attendance on-site whilst the service is performed.

Important Note: # Additional PC's may incur additional time based charges. Due to the nature of networking, there may be difficulties encountered depending on what hardware or software is installed in the computers being networked. In the event of hardware or software conflicts extra time may be required for troubleshooting. The time allocated for the provision of the above services is 1.5 Hr. However, if further assistance is required then the Customer may purchase certificates for additional hours from Harris Technology or as per the Terms and Conditions printed on the certificate.

Orientation & Personal Assistance
Once the equipment is operational, and subject to time availability, the consultant will setup any security options you may require as well as install or setup any firewall or antivirus software you wish installed.

Warning: Harris Technology is not responsible for any loss of Customer data. Customers should be aware that repair, maintenance, configuration and installation processes may damage data stored on their computer. Harris Technology therefore strongly recommends that Customers create back up copies on external storage media of any important data stored on their computer on storage before any work commences. Harris Technology does not guarantee the security of any data stored on a Customers computer at the time of service. It is a condition of the provision of the services that the Customer forever release Harris Technology from any claim or related liability arising from any loss of data stored on their computer
