When is payment for my order required?
Unless you have negotiated credit terms with us, payment in full will be required in order for us to deliver your purchased goods.
What payment options do Harris Technology offer?
Credit Card
Harris Technology accepts credit card payments from all three major providers: Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Important Notice about Credit Card Fraud Avoidance
Credit card fraud and identity theft is a major area of concern in Australia and throughout the world. Harris Technology is a trusted name in online shopping and we strive to take all measures possible to ensure both the security of our customers and ourselves. As an online-only retailer we are unable to have you present the credit card in person. All credit card orders will instead go through a verification process to confirm the identity of our customers prior to accepting payment for their orders. This might include such things as verifying phone numbers and addresses and/or matching against business addresses. Should we be unable to sufficiently identify that the person placing the order is indeed the card holder we may have to request an alternative form of payment before we can process the order. This will usually be a request to pay via EFT (electronic funds transfer) Please note this is a once off process to confirm that the payment details are accurate, you will not be required to do this for subsequent orders.

PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can sign up for an account using your credit or debit card when you purchase your item.

Cheque
Harris Technology accepts bank cheques. Bank Cheques are subject to clearance periods, normally taking three business days. Please include your Order Reference Number and mail your cheques to the address below:

International Orders
Please note that Harris Technology does not ship outside of Australia, with the exception of PNG, Solomon Islands and surrounding islands, these order requests are taken on a case by case basis and Harris Technology reserves the right to reject any requests. If you are in one of these locations and wish to make a purchase please note we ONLY accept payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), you will also need to provide the details of a freight forwarder that we can ship the goods to in Australia who is then responsible for exporting them to your destination address, we DO NOT export directly to international destinations. Please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order.
