QUOTES: Due to a significantly affected supply chain that fluctuates drastically on a daily basis, we are limiting quotes to same day validation until the crisis is resolved.
WARRANTY: All warranty returns will continue to be processed as usual however there may be extended processing times.
PHONES: We are currently experiencing a higher than expected volume of phone inquiries. Please bear with us as we work to resolve these issues.
ORDERS: All freight from Melbourne or to Melbourne expect minimum 1-2 days delay, for all other deliveries expect minor delays.
REFUNDS: All refunds will be processed in 2 business days however there may be extended delays due to banks and financial institutions.
RETURNS: During this time and in the interests of health and safety we are suspending all “change of mind” returns.
