Harris Technology - COVID19 Update

Please see below for updated information regarding our response to the COVID-19 crisis and how this will affect day-to-day operations for the immediate future. Please also note that we are currently experiencing a higher than expected volume of inquiries that is resulting in extended wait times.


Due to a significantly affected supply chain that fluctuates drastically on a daily basis, we are limiting quotes to same day validation until the crisis is resolved.


All warranty returns will continue to be processed as usual however there may be extended processing times.


We are currently experiencing a higher than expected volume of phone inquiries. Please bear with us as we work to resolve these issues.


All freight from Melbourne or to Melbourne expect minimum 1-2 days delay, for all other deliveries expect minor delays.


All refunds will be processed in 2 business days however there may be extended delays due to banks and financial institutions.


During this time and in the interests of health and safety we are suspending all “change of mind” returns.
